Fuel Cell Coolant Particle Filters

The filter is designed to be placed inside the fuel cell, in which an electrochemical reaction that converts hydrogen and oxygen into electrical clean energy occurs.

The main scope of this filter is to protect the components in the cooling circuit of the fuel cell stack: GVS filter guarantees high filtration performance by blocking particles and other external contaminants that could damage the cooling channels, separating harmful particles in the main volume flow of the fuel cell.

In particular, the effect of a low filtration performance of this filter can lead to an increasing of the temperature in the fuel stack, which causes a reduction of its lifetime.

The GVS coolant particle filter can remove harmful particles with very low pressure drop, even at high flow rate levels: this guarantees the correct functionality of the fuel cell.

Thanks to its vast experience and know-how in the production of filters, GVS is able to understand market trends and to offer its customers the best solution for their needs, from the project development stage to the final product delivery
